Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

1) Where we ship

We ship to U.S. addresses. Certain items may be limited by size/weight, carrier rules, or destination access.

2) Processing time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). If an item needs extra handling time or is backordered, we’ll notify you.

3) Transit estimates (after dispatch)

  • Standard: typically 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: typically 2–5 business days (if offered at checkout)

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, peak seasons, and carrier delays can affect delivery.

4) Tracking & split shipments

Tracking is emailed when a label is created (first scans may take up to 48 hours). Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

5) Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address and contact number at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

6) Damaged, missing, or delayed packages

Report issues to support@ramswell.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos if applicable.
