Refund policy

This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for RAMSWELL orders.

1) Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

2) Return condition rules

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in resellable condition

  • Returned with original packaging and included accessories

  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

3) Items typically not eligible for return

Unless defective on arrival or required by law:

  • Gift cards and digital items

  • Clearance/final sale items

  • Items returned with signs of use, wear, missing parts, or damage

  • Special-order/custom items (if applicable)

  • Items marked non-returnable on the product page

4) How to start a return

Email support@ramswell.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if damaged or incorrect

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and an RMA reference if needed.
Please don’t ship returns without authorization—unidentified returns may be refused or delayed.

5) Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind / wrong item ordered: customer pays return shipping

  • Our error / defective on arrival / transit damage: we cover reasonable return shipping after verification

6) Inspection & refund timing

After your return is delivered, inspection typically takes 5–7 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Banks may take 3–7 business days to post after we process the refund.

7) Order cancellations

If you cancel before shipment, we refund minus a 5% processing offset (non-recoverable payment processor fees). If the order has shipped, the return process applies.

8) Delivery problems

Report missing/damaged/incorrect shipments within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include photos when possible.
